Discover
We start with a quick call to understand who it’s for, what you need and when you need it. You then get a written quote.
Concept
We share ideas, layouts or a shot list, talk them through with you and agree on one direction together.
Create
We design, shoot and edit your project. Two rounds of changes are included in the price, and you’ll have one point of contact throughout.
Deliver
You get print-ready files, edited photos or your finished video – plus the source files, which we keep safe for two years.
Pay by the hour, the month or the job.
Three ways to work with us. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings, with VAT shown separately. Pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer.
Hourly rate
3,500/- per hour for amends, photo retouching and small jobs, billed in 30-minute blocks and always agreed with you before we start.
Retainer
Monthly design support from 40,000/- (up to 12 hours), 75,000/- (up to 25 hours, priority turnaround) or 140,000/- (up to 45 hours plus a half-day photo session). Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Bespoke
A fixed price for your project, agreed after a quick call and paid in stages. No surprises at the end.

Pretty quickly — design jobs usually start within three working days of an approved scope. Shoot and stream dates depend on crew availability, so for a fixed event date, book at least two weeks out.
They do not — prices cover design and press-ready files. We can manage print through our Nairobi suppliers at cost plus a 10% handling fee, or hand the files straight to your printer with a specification sheet.
Absolutely. Photography and film are booked per half day or full day – headshot sessions start from 25,000/- and event coverage from 30,000/- per half day. No retainer required.
Two rounds are included in every price. Need more? We will agree the hourly rate of 3,500/- with you before we start them.
Just a site visit or floor plan, the run of show, and a wired connection at the venue. We bring the cameras, audio, switching and a bonded 4G backup uplink.
You do. The final artwork, images and cut are yours for the agreed use. Source files are handed over on request and archived here for two years.
By M-Pesa or bank transfer. Projects are paid in stages – a deposit to start and the balance on delivery – and monthly plans are billed in advance.
