Listen
The first step is always to get to know you and your business, so we understand your goals and your audience.
Explore
We design the first couple of pages, explain our thinking and work with you to agree the look and feel.
Build
Once you are happy with the direction, we design the rest of the brochure and take you through two rounds of changes.
We send print-ready files checked against your printer’s specs – or we can handle the printing for you here in Nairobi.

Our most-asked question! Bi-fold and tri-fold brochures start from 9,500/-. Multi-page brochures and company profiles start from 22,000/- for up to 12 pages, then 2,500/- per extra page – including design, typesetting and press-ready artwork. Photography, copywriting and print are quoted separately.
Five to seven working days for an 8-page brochure once we have your copy and images. Larger documents run two to three weeks — and rush jobs are usually possible, just ask.
We can, and often do. Most clients send their own text and we shape it to fit the layout; full copywriting is quoted per project after the scoping call.
Yes – our photographers work in the same studio as our designers, so your photos are shot to fit the layout from the start.
Happy to. We supply press-ready PDFs checked against your printer’s specification, or manage the print run through our Nairobi suppliers at cost plus a 10% handling fee.
Two rounds are included in every price. Need more? We will agree the hourly rate of 3,500/- with you before we start them.
You do. Final artwork is yours for the agreed use, and source files are handed over on request and archived here for two years.
